Hi, I’m Karen Wan, I’ve been collaborating with all kinds of people to create harmony habits in both their work and personal life since about 2004.
It’s much easier to create habits, when we’re practicing with other people.
For some of you, this website might offer some inspiration and tools to create your own harmony habits. The Resource section is for you.
Others of you might to join with me on seasonal or monthly journeys towards practice mindfulness, sustainability, and a deeper connection with nature. You’ll find some of these collaborative programs in the Store. I’m delighted you found your way to harmony-habits.com!
For those of you who would like to know some of the foundational ideas and principles that inform Harmony Habits, check out the Guiding Principles below.
They are simple principles that resonate with so many of us, but to be fair, many people in the world do not care about mindful living or sustainability. If you don’t care about these guiding principles, Harmony Habits is probably not for you.
